Bring the idea. We'll build it.
What happens next
Before you commit
We price from a detailed written scope, not a rough guess, so the number is tied to documented work. If something changes, like materials, layout or a hidden structural problem, you get a written price and approve it before any extra work starts. Nothing gets added quietly, and every change shows its effect on the schedule.
No. Most people start with a rough idea, a few photos, a sketch or half-finished drawings. The first conversations cover scope, priorities, budget and the site, so you know what is realistic before paying for design. If you need drawings, engineering or permits, we explain exactly what comes next.
Most delays come from late decisions, long-lead materials, permit review comments and trades arriving out of order. We schedule weekly, not monthly, which keeps problems visible before they reach later stages.
In Calgary, winter is the other big one. We plan heat and hoarding before the first frost, so a cold snap slows the job down instead of stopping it.
You hear about it the same day, from your project manager, with the options and what each one costs. Weather and permit delays can still happen here, but you will never find out about a problem from the invoice.
No. Every Friday you get a written report with photos, what got done, what is next and anything that needs your decision. Your project manager answers the phone, and you always know where the job stands without asking.
Yes. We work in occupied homes, offices, clinics and shops all the time. We phase the work, put up dust walls, keep exits clear and schedule the noisy jobs for evenings or weekends when that helps.
