How a custom home comes together

We walk the lot with you, talk through how you live, and give you an honest budget range before any design.

Step 02: Design
Floor plans and elevations developed with you, with the cost updated as the design takes shape.

Step 03: Selections and price
Finishes chosen in one showroom visit, then the full price is fixed in a written contract.
Sign the fixed-price contract.
Step 04: Build
Permits, then construction, with a Friday update every week.
Walk through, then get the keys.

At move-in you receive your keys, the occupancy permit, warranty documents, manuals for everything, and a one-year follow-up visit.
